Terms and Conditions.

Please read these terms carefully before using our services. They outline your rights and responsibilities when working with WTW.

1. Introduction

Welcome to WTW. By engaging with our software development, design, and consulting services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms govern the relationship between you (the Client) and WTW (the Company).

2. Services Rendered

We provide professional software engineering, web development, UI/UX design, and technology consulting services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for each project will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Proposal agreed upon by both parties prior to commencement.

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth and efficient process, the Client agrees to provide necessary access to resources, timely feedback, and approvals. Delays in client communication or asset delivery may result in adjusted project timelines. We value your time, and our streamlined processes are designed to minimize your overhead, provided mutual cooperation is maintained.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment of all invoices related to a specific project, the intellectual property rights of the custom code and designs specifically created for the Client are transferred to the Client. Pre-existing frameworks, libraries, and proprietary WTW tools remain the property of WTW, with a non-exclusive license granted to the Client for their use within the delivered product.

5. Payment Terms

Payment schedules are tied to project milestones as defined in the SOW. Typically, this involves an upfront deposit to secure scheduling, followed by milestone payments during development, and a final payment upon delivery. Invoices are due within 14 days of receipt.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all proprietary information, trade secrets, and sensitive business data strictly confidential. We take your privacy and the security of your business ideas seriously and are happy to sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) upon request.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for technical excellence, WTW shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the delivered software. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid by the Client for the specific services rendered.

8. Amendments

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. The updated terms will be published on this page, and your continued use of our services indicates acceptance of those changes.
